Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check into the hotel.

Photo Identification: Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in. Per government regulations, each guest over the age of 18 must carry a valid Photo ID. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Guests without an original, valid ID will not be allowed to check in.

Behavior: The hotel reserves the right to take action against guests for inappropriate behavior, after an investigation of the allegations.

Policy Variations: Different policies may apply to specific destinations during certain times of the year.

Liability for Damage: Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property, except for normal wear and tear. Guests must maintain the room in good condition and uphold hygiene and cleanliness.

Booking-Specific Policies: Certain policies are specific to individual bookings and will be communicated during the booking process.

Arrival Confirmation: Guests may be contacted prior to check-in to confirm arrival status or time. If there is no response after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or canceled. If availability allows, Olmochey Heritage will attempt to reinstate the booking upon guest contact or payment.

Service Feedback: To improve our services, we may reach out to guests for feedback via calls or messages.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to limited inventory, a minimum advance payment of 20% is required to secure a confirmed reservation.

30 Days or More: If canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded, net of taxes and bank charges.
Payment Deadline: If payment is not made within 3 days of receiving payment details, and there is no response from the booking party, the rooms may be released.
Taxes: Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% is applicable on every booking (included in the quoted price) and is subject to change. Any increase in government taxes will be charged accordingly.
Payment Confirmation: Upon making the payment, please send us the payment details or transfer confirmation slip provided by the bank to track and confirm your payment.
General Cancellation and Amendment Policy
No Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fee if canceled at least 30 days before the planned check-in date.
100% Cancellation Fee: If canceled within 30 days prior to the check-in date.
50% Cancellation Fee: If canceled within 15 days of the check-in date.
Booking Amendments: Amendments must be informed at least 7 days before the check-in date. Modifications are subject to availability, and the standard cancellation policy will apply if modifications result in cancellation.
No Refunds: No refunds for unexpected departures or no-shows.
Refund Processing: Allow a minimum of 7-10 days from the cancellation request date for a refund to be processed.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original payment or can be UPI to any account.
